Sun Print Management can take over an existing fleet of copiers, printers and Multi-Function Printers (MFPs), and migrate efficiently to a right-sized fleet of right-sized machines.

How It Works
- Sun Print Management’s Managed Print Services Program provides all consumables*, on-site service, maintenance kits, and help desk support for your existing laser printer fleet, as well as additional equipment that may be supplied by Sun Print.
- Printers are tagged with an identification number. Your company is charged not for the individual products that you order, but for the number of pages you print. Each printer keeps a running page count. Page counts are collected electronically and transmitted to Sun Print based on a schedule determined by the customer. This may occur monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.
- Our on site service for the Managed Print Services Program includes all parts and labor for any printer problems. Average on site service response time is 2 hours. Sun Print has a fully staffed help desk to assist with simple trouble shooting over the phone when needed to speed diagnosis and repair times.
